By accessing or using the services of Penmen Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Penmen Studios provides video production services including but not limited to cinematic advertisements, short films, corporate films, and indie creator support. The specific details of the services will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, Penmen Studios retains all intellectual property rights to the content we create. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the content as specified in their individual service agreement.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Penmen Studios and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensuring they have the rights to use any content they provide to us.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion or according to a payment schedule for larger projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

Penmen Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the conditions specified in the individual contract. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
